What are the Opportunities for Tech Companies to Exit to Global Telcos

ICON Corporate Finance and Simons Muirhead & Burton are co-hosting a round-table discussion with telco giant Telstra and others in the in the UK tech industry who have successfully exited their businesses.

Global Telcos have been some of the most active acquirers of tech companies, buying anything from IT Service companies to some of the hottest digital assets in FinTech, HealthTech and Digital Media.

On 18th May we sit down with the General Manager of M&A at Telstra, the AsiaPac telco giant, to explore the changing world of telcos, why they are buying the assets they have been buying and most importantly what they are looking to acquire or invest-in going forward.

Also joining the round table is Alan Baldwin who sold his tech company to Arkadin, subsidiary of the Japanese global telco NTT.
