We are delighted to invite you to Selling Your Business Our guest speakers both sold their companies to major US acquirers: Jon Folland and Gordon Ashworth, who sold their digital media company Nativ to Ooyala, the US subsidiary of Australian telco giant Telstra.


Philip Maskell, ex CEO of Business Integrity who will share his exit story on the sale of his London based document automation software business to Thomson Reuters.

Both speakers will talk about how the strategies used to optimise their exit value and they will also share the valuable lessons they learnt throughout the process.
