William Lander

Associate Director

William specialises in M&A and raising equity finance for high growth technology companies.

Prior to joining ICON, he worked at Azets in the Corporate Finance team, working on both M&A mandates and financial due diligence. He began his career at PKF where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in the international team, before moving into Transaction Services, working on financial due diligence and preparing companies for IPO.

William holds a MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.

Outside of work William is an avid sportsman and a keen amateur chef.
