Legals & Final Due Diligence
Once a preferred investor is selected, exclusivity begins. We manage the intense due diligence process, ensuring smooth legal negotiations and minimising deal risk. We work closely with your legal advisers who will be driving the Investment & Shareholder Agreements.
A key component of due diligence is the VDR (Virtual Data Room). It must be well-organised, structured, and comprehensive, providing investors’ due diligence teams with all the necessary information to verify and substantiate the business as presented in the Business Plan and management presentations.
Throughout the deal process the investor/s will be reviewing the ongoing underlying financial performance of the business and it is essential the business remains on track. Good news flow throughout the deal has a very positive impact on momentum of the process and all aspects of the transaction. Never take your eye off the ball!
