We are delighted to have appointed two new analysts in expansion of our London office.

Charlie Rayner joins the team having supported the founders of a Paris-based EdTech scale-up in originating and executing multiple bolt-on acquisitions, as well as managing fundraising efforts. He has also held various roles in venture capital and corporate finance.

Meanwhile, Toby Hutchison was previously part of the investment team at Scaling Partner, the corporate venture capital arm of Capita, and also spent time at a software-focused private equity firm.

The pair will boost the capabilities of the growing M&A and fundraising firm, which was founded by CEO Alan Bristow in 1999 and has further offices in San Francisco and Bristol.

Tech sector specialisms across the international team – which has closed over 300 deals since business conception – include Software & Tech-enabled Services; Cloud, Comms & CyberTech; AI & DataTech; and ESG, ClimateTech & Renewables.
