David has over 14 years technology investment banking and corporate finance expertise during which he has advised on over 25 successful transactions.
He is an expert in selling and fundraising for technology and tech enabled companies, and has specialisms in Governance, Risk and Compliance, Workforce & Logistics, and Health & Medtech.
Prior to joining ICON, David worked at Goldman Sachs and Evercore, before focusing on advising mid-market and founder led tech business.
Having read Physical Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, David trained and qualified as a fundraising lawyer at Linklaters before moving to investment banking.
David both plays and referees football and enjoys travelling to the further flung destinations.
