Raveena Kumari

Investment Banking Associate

Raveena is experienced in investment banking and capital markets, having advised on private equity growth financing, M&As, and IPOs internationally.

She brings a breadth of multi-industry knowledge but complements ICON’s US team most tangibly with experience from her most recent position at tech PE firm Avalerian Capital. Whilst at Avalerian, Raveena researched tech markets, sourced investment opportunities, and executed buy-side acquisitions in the SaaS space with a focus in customer data platforms, CRM, and low code platforms. She is well-versed in handling financial analysis, financial modelling, and negotiating valuations with SaaS vendors.

She has an Accounting and Finance degree from Institute of Business Administration Karachi and has cleared CFA Level I.

Outside of work, she loves to enjoy various cuisines, play badminton, cycling, and spend time with her family.

Alongside Head of US Tech Investment Banking Ben Kolada, Raveena covers the US market, advising domestic and international clients on transacting with US-based strategic and financial investors and acquirers.
